Before you can access our services and facilities, we need to understand the expectations and requirements that we have for you, as well as what you can expect from us.

Our expectations of Members
As a Member of Full Spectrum, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines of each space we manage, as specified. We can change them at any time, but they will always be available to you upon request. If we make changes to them, you will be notified in facility, and via another form (depending on what contact information you provide us).
Members must be 18 years old or over. Junior Members must be between 13 and 17 years old. All members must maintain an active credit card on file to access some equipment, and in cases where you cannot provide one, we will accept an active credit card of a current Full Spectrum Member that is in good standing; this is to protect Full Spectrum facilities in cases of damage. We will never charge your card for any reason without explicit permission.
Different communities have different norms for communicating with each other. Different expectations for space, and physical contact. Because we bring so many groups together, we recognize there may be moments of conflict between you and others. In these cases, all that we ask is that you respect other members' freedom to express, and that you are considerate of their uses of the space just as we will make sure they do the same for you.
We do not tolerate ANY discrimination based on nationality, race, color, faith, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or familial status. Full Spectrum is for all people.
These are the basic Membership expectations. Beyond these, there are specific rules for each Full Spectrum facility, service, or event.

What Members can expect of Full Spectrum
As providers of facilities and services, we commit to making sure any purchases you make meet or surpass your expectations.
Access to Facilities will always be made known well in advance, both on the internet (on websites and social media) and in facility.
Every Full Spectrum facility guarantees members a minimum of 4 days of Exclusive membership access. How those days are chosen will depend on the community, the creative focus of the space, feedback from members, and other factors.
We will ensure a safe space for creative expression, community use, and business development. No discrimination of any sort is tolerated, and we will use whichever tools and resources we need to ensure our staff is educated and considerate, and that our offerings are not harmful to you or anyone else.
If we make any errors in delivery of services or products, we will make you whole as best we can within our offerings before providing refunds.
We will never share or sell any personally identifiable information you provide us in becoming a member. We may use some of your non-personal information (Age, general geographic region, media preferences, Facility uses, etc.) to curate and improve our offerings.
We promise to be equitable in our pricing and scheduling practices, and should members ever have comments or questions about them we remain open to feedback.
